Mumbai, August 14, 2019 (News Team): Heavy rains and overflowing rivers swamped Maharashtra which includes the flood affected areas of Kolhapur, Satara and Sangli.Incessant rain has caused immense loss of life and property.Many NGOs are coming forward and contributing to the Chief Minister Relief Fund for Maharashtra. Atharva educational trust has donated ₹10,00,000/- towards Chief Minister Relief Fund.The Atharva group of institutions has presented a cheque to the CM of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis.
The executive President of Atharva foundation Sunil Rane quoted as a social responsibility it's our duty to stand for our people and extends a helping hand towards them.The amount will be utilised for providing relief and rehabilitation of those affected by floods.The natural calamities has done much destruction,I urge all the countrymen to come forward and donate as per their capabilities.
